★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sat in there for 3 hours for the psychiatrist to tell me they didn't offer the services I was looking for when I had been VERY clear with the front desk what services I was looking for and that it was urgent. When I told the psychiatrist that it was urgent (looking for suggestions if anything) and her answer was "wow you'd better get on that then". Inconsiderate of my time and mental state in general. Gave it 2 stars cause they gave me a referral form, but bumped it back to 1 after realizing the program they were 'referring' me to didn't require a referral at all.
