★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing team of counselors, our family has worked with Cynthia and Rob, and they are both experienced and genuinely caring and skilled at what they do. The office is quiet and has comfortable and well thought out meeting rooms. Easy to access and close to public transit. I highly recommend this counselling service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter did not receive any help with her problems and anxieties. The counselor refused to touch on the fact about her issues with another family member and instead wanted to book sessions with me as well. I am a full time single working parent with limited funds and time and can't meet with the counselor outside as I need appointment times to go for my self and counselling on weekends. When I explained this I never got a response or a follow up at all. So once again I am having to seek out a new counselor for my daughter which is unfortunate. I'm not too happy.
UPDATE: I understand that family does need to be involved, however we should perhaps work on understanding that sessions are costly and timely so if this is a requirement, have a consultation with the parent be less then the full amount perhaps ? or save some time alloted within the appointment time with the child for the parent to have an update ?
