★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this studio for 3 years on a monthly subscription. When they closed for Covid19, I contacted them to ask them to pause my membership. They agreed, then continued to debit my Visa in April and May. I suspect they will do the same in June. When I call, I get a message saying they can't answer the phone, and I can't leave a message! What kind of customer service is this??? No one responding any more on Messenger. I am very disappointed and will go after them for my fees. That may not help if they go bankrupt. Anyone else in the same situation?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very friendly yoga studio. The facilities are super clean and looks newly renovated. Staff are friendly and genuine. Yoga teachers are of average standard, but make up for it by having fixed standard classes - so you know what you're in for. The people who go there are generally chilled out and casual. Not the crazy competitive yoga types. I enjoy coming here. Online class booking is very easy and convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great local place to enjoy instructed fitness classes. They’re classes aren’t just hot yoga but also other intense fitness classes like total body conditioning. Works well for me since I can choose the level of workout I’d like that day. Class reservations are must but super easy through the app. Only downside is it only has one studio so it can be jam packed with people. Get there 15-30 early for a guaranteed spot. Saturday’s only have classes until ~12:00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING yoga and fitness studio. i went in for a one week trial. amazing classes, very knowledgeable instructors. the studio is so clean and was renovated recently, everything looks brand new!! staff are so friendly and helpful they really make you feel like a part of their family. the owner punam is awesome. i asked her so many questions. she is so down to earth, and helpful. i cant say anything negative. I've been to other studios and oxygen east van is definitely in a league above others. after my trial week i signed up for a year membership, totally worth it. and an amazing black Friday deal going on right now. ?♂️?HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little yoga/fitness studio. No ego here, just come as you are and be welcomed and supported on your journey to better health, fitness and movement abilities.
The infra red warmth makes for a dry heat in the damp winters and turns every class into a cozy treat! Small space is the only downside, sometimes classes book up early or getting changed can be a bit of a dance, you have been warned. There's usually a good introductory offer running so you can try it out in a low pressure way. Great teachers and class variety, something for everyone! A real sense of community with the people and teachers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience in this location. I bought a trial pass at this location by accident and they won’t refund. So I signed up for their classes to not waste my money. They won’t even let me use my whole trial pass because they said their having “technical difficulty” with their app. They only let me sign up for 3 classes instead of 5. Their studio is old and smaller than other locations. Poorly laid out. When you look up the ceiling, you will see stains which is not very relaxing. Their cancellation fee is $20. Other locations is $5.
