★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the drinks here! The grass jelly is made in house and it's fantastic. Love that they give you the sugar and ice level options. While they got on board with the brown sugar pearls with milk hype, I don't think it's better than its signature pearl milk tea. Tried it at a few different places now and was disappointed with all of them, but don't let that deter you from coming here for their wide selection of other drinks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place doesn’t even let a person use their washroom for emergency purpose, Especially for food delivery guys. I would never suggest anyone to visit this place. It is a minimum facility that you guys need to provide for emergency situations. MARCH 29 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this location. Easy to find parking. Only thing is the inside seems a bit run down. Same with the quality in the drinks. It was not the same Chatime I’m used to. It didn’t seem the same but we only had two drinks. One was better than the other so perhaps the consistency is not the same. Would come again but prefer others although lots of space to sit unlike Broadway/Granville.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent bubble tea place. I went here with a group of friends and some of us were given the largest size drink, even if we didn't want it. They automatically charge you for the largest size and give you the largest size if you don't specify you want a smaller size, which is my only complaint. It wasn't even busy, and the workers clearly had time to ask us for the size before charging us the largest one.
