โ โ โ โ โ Great environment, staff and quality milk tea. Same owner as previous Zenq. I was not familiar with new selections and the owner was very patient to introduce the new drinks to me.
Will be coming back for sure.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a great experience at this Chatime location. It wasnโt busy when I visited as I was the only customer inside. The staff was patient with me while I was deciding what drinks to get.

โ โ โ โ โ I don't really understand why people think their drinks taste that great. To me, it is ok. I find their drinks to be somewhat overpriced for what it is. They do have specials every so often, which make it alright. In general, I wouldn't come here unless I am either too lazy to go elsewhere or if there is a special. Currently due to covid, no sit-in option or washrooms available.

โ โ โ โ โ Chatime for me for the most part has been hit and miss. However my experience at this specific location has been great and consistent. The owner is kind and genuinely tries to accommodate customer requests.
Quality- ordered their new limited time TRIO cup drink (dragon fruit bits with grape in one part of the cup, mango peach in the other and the last part of the cup was guava) the flavours overall were refreshing. Although I did not have toppings, I'd definitely grab it again next time but with coconut jelly.
Service- the owner is super helpful and was very nice to my wife and my kid. The staff looks like they are still in training but they were still nice during our interactions.
Cleanliness - although the dining room is still not yet open, the space it self is quite clean, they have plexi glass up and PPE worn by staff.
Overall a good experience and will definitely return if I am ever craving chatime.

โ โ โ โ โ I am a regular customer of Chatime and was pretty stoked about seeing this new branch open so close to home, but I was kinda skeptical about visiting when I saw its a newly established joint and the reviews showed the quality wasn't good because of the lack of experience etc. Unfortunately its true, this is the worst bubble tea I have ever had and will not be visiting here again and really put off Chatime now.
I feel awful for saying this as it's clearly a new chain and the staff are in training. However, I don't think staff should be training on the fly and surely they could organize some offline training and tasting sessions or something surely?..
I ordered my go to Large Matcha Roasted Milk Tea which tasted like bath water with the smallest hint of matcha, it was so gross and I felt sick so I couldn't even finish it.
As all Chatime branches, they do offer Oat milk alternatives which is great and the regular menu although I don't trust ordering any drinks from here.
Also the restrooms are not available at this time.

โ โ โ โ โ Although sometimes it might take a little bit for the drinks to be made but, I can tell you they are 100% worth the wait! All the options are really tasty, personally I'm a huge Taro fan but the slushies are also delicious as well! People are really nice too, would recommend! โจ
