J	John Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and amazing bubble tea. We made a group order (16 in total) and they were very patient, friendly, and fast, which we only waited for couple minutes. All cups were fully filled and sugar ice level were accurate as our request.

Typically I order roasted milk tea but this time odered the bubbletea of the month (chocolate milk bubbletea) and it tasted surprisingly good. Staff were friendly and moved through the lineup, with only 2 staff. Exceeded my expectations. Next time i will try their secret menu.

A	Ads on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately and ironically, I visited Chatime mainly because I had free vouchers from Customer Service due to a prior poor experience. As much to my dismay, this visit was identical to my prior bad experience. I understand and appreciate soft launches. However, you shouldn't be expected to still pay full price for extremely long service and terrible tasting Bubble Tea as the business should be preparing for this prior to the launch. I feel bad as the staff were clearly new, however they didn't communicate to me at all and I was stood for around five minutes waiting for them to process my order. The drinks were also extremely slow to be made and tasted extremely weak with barely any flavor of Roasted Milk Tea or Matcha blends. I had the exact same experience at the North Burnaby location and seems to be a trend and somewhat a potential flaw in their training process, especially for newer opening chains. As you can see from the photos, after about ten minutes the milk started to curdle and completely separated even after thoroughly shaking and was pretty gross to be honest. Throughout the entire process, unfortunately no smile or manners and somewhat disappointed. The Chatime Sociatea rewards program is useful and nice, if you actually like Chatimes drinks and customer service which I can't rave about.

J	Jessica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a rainy day on weekend so we’re looking for an indoor place and decided to go to the new Brentwood mall. While the foodcourt seating area looks nice there weren’t many restaurants opened. I was craving for a bubble tea and tried the lychee slush with pearls from Chatime. Even though I told them to do minimum sugar and less ice, still it taste very overly sweet to me. The pearls taste ok. Overall it’s an okay experience but I probably wouldn’t go back anytime soon.
