Nope, not the same quality you get at the full restaurant locations, at least that's what my memory tells me. Had the least expensive option which still came out to over $12, which I find a bit pricey consider it's just slightly fancy food court fare (yeah, it does come in a cheap plastic disposable bowl). The quantities are not that big either, I think other Taiwan beef noodle places have more noodles and stuff in there. The beef in the soup wasn't quite cooked long enough so it was just slightly on the tough side, which unfortunately in this town, ranks it near the bottom. Flavours were generally good though. Definitely not worth a destination and I wouldn't return just for this. The food is ok if you happen to be in the mall shopping and you don't want to leave as the taste & quality seem decent.

4/5 for the beef noodle 5/5 for the braised pork on rice - first time 2/5 for braised pork in rice - different day ??

While I love Chef Hung, they don't have some of their best menu items here. The tomato soup noodle isn't here, and the pork sauce noodle isn't here. While the plain noodle broth is still amazing, the lack of variety may set this location up for a failure.

Over priced for the portion that you get. The noodles are good, beef tender but for 11.95 it’s not worth it. There are so many beef noodle places these days that is on par with this price point and tastier, and better portions.

Quality is as expected from Chef Hung with tender beef cuts and chewy noodle. The portion is reasonable. It seems that they do cook it on order as I did have to wait about 5-7 min for my order even I was the only customer at the time, which mean my noodle was hot and fresh. However, I was disappointed by the side vegetable, instead of a typical bok choy, it came with lettuce, which in my opinion is a downgrade. Overall, however I would still recommend this place for some some quick and easy Taiwanese noodle fix if you are in the neighborhood.

Great option for Taiwanese beef noodles. The taste is actually pretty spot on. I’m guessing people may not like the value of the portion doesn’t feel very big. I recommend getting this plus some snacks on the side.

The braised pork on rice is one of my favourite dishes in the whole food court. So good. A lot of these review are old and from when they first opened. There is never a line and service is super fast. You should definitely give it a try!

Personally our family of 4 and myself like it and had no issues. Large portions, beef tendon was soft and noodles cooked just right. The chicken was flavour and large amounts. Price I’m not sure since my wife went to get it but like everywhere in the city, good food is pricy. Another reviewer suggested $5 for the chicken but how many nuggets do you get at McDonald’s and what’s the price for 6 piece nuggets? I don’t eat at McDonald’s but personally for $8 if that’s the price, I rather eat this and more than worth your money. You want cheaper, buy a pack of chicken and cook at home.
