The one I get from Starbucks is usually a little too bland with too much milk in the drink, but the Soon coffee one was really dark and bitter with a hint of the smoothness of the milk. It was good, and the cup was really cute as well.
V	Vivian Chung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a former barista who has worked in many coffee shops and still makes coffee at home, I have to say that Soon Coffee is a phenomenal place. They’re making good coffee accessible and uncomplicated with a strategic location— in a food court. Their menu is uncomplicated with just a few espresso based drinks and drip coffee. Other than that, they have non-fancy drinks like matcha lattes (that aren’t even called matcha to make it sound more simple) and iced drinks like coffee slush. It’s an absolute heaven for me as someone who loves complicated coffee but also needs somewhere with no frills to unwind with good coffee. And as a graphic designer, their branding is so on point as well. Even the menu with the larger font is designed perfectly to scream, stylish, uncomplicated, but GOOD. I love the hometown favourite latte and will be back to try more more and more. If you’re into the no frills experience that is also high quality and thoughtful, please give Soon Coffee a visit. I love love love them.
A	Abril S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mmmmm está rico, delicioso.☕? Delicioso ?? best coffee around and great prices...buen precio..the pink and purple hidden gem of the food court. Great place to grab a tea or coffee. Needs another sign so u can see it from the main walk way.
V	Vic Yung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a weekend afternoon and there was a short line of 3-4 people. Ordered a chai latte, green tea, and matcha latte. Price was reasonable (between $4 and $5 for each drink). The order was made promptly and served in their signature to go cups. Soon Coffee has a super cute aesthetic but their drinks are not outstanding. The matcha latte did not have a strong matcha flavour and tasted more like hot milk with a hint of matcha. I would have preferred a drink with a richer matcha flavour and some foam on top.

Loved the fun graphics all over this shop and the coffee surely delivered. This is a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting in the awesome seating area! If you want some baked goodies to go with your coffee, check out their pastries from Beaucoup Bakery and their donuts from Lee’s Donuts on Granville Island. Quality treats all the way! Looking forward to my next visit. I recommend their lattes & iced coffee.

I ordered a cappuccino and was pleasantly surprised by how balanced and sweet the espresso was, while the milk was just the right texture. They’re also very competitively priced given the quality. I’ve certainly changed my mind after this experience :)

The aroma of the coffee was to my liking. Not overly fruity. Would get there coffee again. Good place for a coffee and just to hang as there is lots of seating. Also good for studying as a saw quite a few people here with laptops.

I especially love the Hometown Favourite Latte and the Roasted Green Tea Slushy (although I think the straw is too thin). They also have a great selection of treats including “To Live For” (amazing banana bread) and “Lee’s Donuts”! I highly recommend if you’re in Brentwood checking this place out.
