Located at one of the entrances to Madison Center near Brentwood mall. Just off lougheed, there metered parking right outside. Patio seating and some indoor seating but very limited due to covid restrictions. Staff on this Sunday morning were a not overly friendly but made a good coffee. I ordered a 16oz americano which had 3 shots of espresso. Some coffee shops have the same number of shots in different sizes of americano so always ask. But they have 2, 3 and 4. Shots depending on the size you order. Coffee was good and strong. Just the way I like it. Will go back again.

I have been meaning to try out this coffee house for ages and so stoked I did. From now on, my full-on go to when in the area. Delicious locally roasted coffee with great milk alternatives, I was taken back upon first sip completely. The prices are also the same but if not better than what you would consider the cheap options such as Starbucks. Large latte 20oz at $4.95 is great value. The joint is really quaint and offers comfortable seating with a nice chilled out vibe, staff are super friendly. 10 out of 10 (Y) I’ll be visiting again soon and coming home with a bag of their locally roasted beans for sure!

Was just here a little while ago. Amazing place. Tucked into a little corner just across from whole foods. Witnessed a cute conversation with one of the customers and the barista. Super patient and genuinely interacted with the customer (an elderly gentleman) who just wanted a little conversation to go with his purchase ☺️ The environment was very nice, super relaxed and very very clean. All the tables had little signs telling you it was sanitized and ready for the next customer to use. Spotless floors too! ( 5 ⭐️) And their coffee. I had a nice Americano. It was delicious. Not bitter, not sour, pipping hot and only about 4 bucks for a large cup! ? Highly recommend you swing on by and check this place out ?

One of the best coffee shops in Burnaby. I've ben to a bunch of coffee shops and this one was really good. Unfortunately I couldn't get a pour over cause their kettle had a chip in it. But I got 2 medium roast drip coffees and a few steamers for the kids. The coffee was delicious it was very well extracted with no sour taste or bitterness. It had lots of chocolate and fruit notes in the coffee. I loved it so much I asked the girl working there on their most popular. She told me that Green Earth Blend is their best selling for pour overs. So I bought a bag to try at home. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A note I did bring the Green Earth Coffee home and my thoughts were it was kind of flat. I much preferred the drip coffee we had there. There were so much more going on in that drip coffee cup. For my pour over I've done 1 gram to 16.5 gram and a 1 gram to 16 gram ratio. Maybe I will reach out to them and see what they do the coffee and water ratio is for that blend. I brewed it at a 193 F in a Hario V60 and Kalita wave. I came here 2 times during my trip. I would recommend this place. Overall still an excellent coffee shop and I would highly recommend them over all the other coffee places I've been to in Burnaby.

Cafe Hunt [Day 1]: tried out a coffee shop in the neighborhood. Ambience is perfect for studying as it is cozy. Coffee is not bad, some options for food/snacks plus the staff is friendly. 3 stars because I was disappointed about the croissant. It was large, but was a bit stale, not buttery or crispy. I do like to study there, so I will be back to try the other food items and will give an update on the rating/review!
