★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s nice to have them in the mall and you can enjoy the food without going to north Vancouver. Food is tasty and staff are friendly. Their chicken , beef and mixed grill are great. Food is fresh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind staff and great food! I was pleasantly surprised at how large the portions were for their cost (~$11-$14).
The food came quickly (I'm not exactly sure what the long wait time the other reviewers are suggesting but this was not my experience) and the beef was juicy and rice was seasoned well.
The salad wasn't to my taste but everything else was great. Will be coming back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceeded my expectation for food court food. This place makes it the same as the standalone store. There was a long line up and waited quite some time before getting our food. Portions are large for what it's worth and taste great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was super fresh and hot. The wait time was over 15mins for two orders. Expected much more flavoured rice and chicken but it was just okay. Couldn’t taste any spices in the chicken but it was grilled to perfection. The rice - white and saffron coloured has no flavour just two different colored ones. Won’t be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to the original Cazba downtown and so I was curious to see how their food court version fared.
The menu is easy to read as it's on a screen, and the service was friendly and nice. I did not have to wait long for my food, which was loghmeh (beef and lamb) and a side of green salad.
You get a large portion which is a major plus. Tons of rice and meat along with a large roasted tomato. The meat was tender and tasty. The rice was flavorful. However the salad was just so-so because I wasn't a fan of the salad dressing. It seemed like it was just mayo? I ended up using some of it to dip my meat in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is inside Brentwood Mall food court, popular for serving Persian food mainly kebab with basmati rice. It's always a big line up as staff have to grill the kebab to order and takes time. Koobideh is very popular and tasty. We ordered lamb shank as well and it was fantastic and very tender and juicy. Their eggplant stew( kashko badenjan) is good and tasty. The only concern I had was the cleanliness of staff, they can be better. Overall we were 6 and everybody liked the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place 4.7 . Food is very good portion of food is lots. I had the combo 2. Very filling beef was good just right . Hot sauce not over spicy. Rice nice and tender not over cooked. My only issue was employee arguments need to stay out of customers eyes. Other then that great customer service skills and friendly staff.
