β β β β β The place wasn't busy at all. Just my partner and I and one more customer in the 15-20 we were there. Still, it was very dirty (pictures attached) and the food was very old - the chicken was so hard to the bite on all three sandwiches (two wraps, one burger) that we ended up throwing it all away.

β β β β β Ever wonder if you are being served leftovers at a restaurant? Well I can confirm at the Tim Hortons in Burnaby on Lougheed (in front of Trevor Lindon fitness) you may be served leftovers. I ordered a couple of farmers breakfast wraps today and stood off to one side to wait. I had a direct line of sight to the girl making the sandwiches, so I just watched. When she finally took out two tortillas to make the farmers wraps, to my amazement, she reached up and grabbed a wrapped English muffin from an over head stainless steel shelf, unwrapped the sandwich, pulled out the egg and cheese and put it on one of the tortillas. I called over to her, asking if she was serious, and that she canβt serve leftovers. A woman came over (presumably the manager) and asked what was wrong. I explained what I saw to which she replied βwhoops, sorry about that. Iβll have her make new ones). I watched to make sure that she did. But I can say 100%, they did not throw that wrap made from leftover egg and cheese away. It was folded up and set to one side. How were my wraps? Pathetically tiny. About 1/3 of the size of a McDonalds egg, bacon and hash brown wrap. Not all Timβs locations serve left overs Iβm sure, but this one does.

β β β β β Standard Timmyβs. The line up was quick and they had what I wanted. The parking lot is a little tight. Not too bad for a quick stop off on the way to your destination.

β β β β β I went to their location this morning to get a bacon chicken ranch wrap and they got my order wrong, ( happens all the time was not mad or hostile about it ) I show them and ask for my proper order and the worker who was helping me started to get passive aggressive, saying that I didn't even say that I wanted a chicken bacon wrap, trying to convince me that I was the one who got it wrong in a very aggressive tone and even laughed at my boyfriend when he said that he heard me and that I said the correct order. I had to raise my voice and bicker with this boy for about 5 minutes all because he couldn't take responsibility for the wrong order ( which was not a big deal in the first place until I was met with anger and frustration from them ) Honestly in disbelief. Even the workers who came to settle the situation seemed frustrated that they even had to deal with it in the first place. And now that we are home we are scared that they might have done something to our food because of we were treated. Never do I even write reviews but this was just insane.

β β β β β Very poor service customer service very bad service is slow most times line up out the door they don't always serve food hot ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches from there one the sausage was cold ! Went in garbage wasn't gonna waste my time waiting in.line up again 2nd time messed my order up and they were not gonna replace the sandwich when I told them I didn't order this ?? They said no thats what you ordered ??? Again cold sandwich I just walked iut hungry was not gonna argue with cashier bout what I ordered!!??

β β β β β Head over at night with the guys once a week. Had enough of them not having product. 10pm and they don't want to make anymore doughnuts. Suppose to be 24hr shop!!!

β β β β β Any one else believe things will be different and yet walk out with food from Tim Hortons being yet again hustled!! The only thing thatβs good about this place is a coffee and donuts and even thatβs pushing it!
The food quality is awful, I thought we had to be careful with what subway calls meat, but this chicken wrap felt like I was biting into nothing more then fat, while also being cold!!
And when they gonna update the package for donuts so we donβt end up having to lick the brown paper ( I wasnβt going to be doing that - just saying it for a friend)
So bad, and I keep thinking this time Iβll get my lunch there as it be better, but nope just another waste of my time.
