I took my OFA and TSC/CSO courses with Universal group and I had a great experience with all the instructors and classwork provided. The courses are designed with a lot of consideration and attention to detail. The instructors I had are all very knowledgeable and well educated in the courses that they teach. The learning environment is encouraging and was a great setting to help me do the best that I could! I'd recommend UHS to anyone wanting to take their OFA or TSC/CSO courses, take them here. The staff at Universal surpassed all of my expectations and they are a great institution to seek continuing studies in the safety field. I could not be happier with my experience. Special thanks to Rory and Nathan, you both are wonderful instructors, very professional and openly share a plethora of information.

The instructor was nothing but professional, kind Took the time to make sure that we all understood before moving onto the next module. The instructor gave us all the tools that we needed to pass this course. At no time was he racial or prejudiced so I don’t understand why you’re being so vulgar perhaps it’s because you failed the course. Your review should be deleted because it’s not true.

The instructors are amazing and patient and full of wisdom! Very clean teaching environment and all COVID-19 protocols were easy to follow! Thank you guys ?

They are professional, operate in a well-organized and clean building plus have wonderful instructors that take their time with the students in the courses to make sure they understand the material fully. I look forward to booking my course in the near future! :)

S	Sacred Design on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't take your TCP exam here the class environment is very noisy with alot of distraction there's a dance studio right next door and you can hear the music, footsteps, yelling and screaming etc. Plus this is the only company that wouldn't allow you to see the final exam or review the questions that got wrong so protenially they can choose to scam and fail you if they wish too. ( I would recommend looking into getting a course at any BCCSA much better and exam is much more simplify)
B	B G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the 2 day TCP course with Nico and Cheryl and it was fantastic, instructors where well organized taught us factual information and i felt like they both really cared about our understanding of the program when we went on the road everything was explained down to a T and we got one on one time with the instructor to refine our skills. Overall I am over the moon impressed with Nico and Cheryl as this is not the first TCP course I've taken - but it was the BEST.
