β β β β β Excellent service! The woman working had a huge smile the whole time we were there. She told us all the different options, what she personally recommended and the pros/ cons of everything we were considering. We felt no pressure to buy but left feeling well informed. Later on we came back to buy a mattress that she recommended!

β β β β β I went to buy a mattress and pillows at this location on a rainy day. The sales rap Belle was so helpful, kind and patient. When I was leaving, the rain was just coming down heavily and she offered to allow me to stay put until the rain easy up. She went above and beyond with her service. Amazing experience.

β β β β β It has been a 1.5 months and Sleep Country has still not replaced our mattressβ¦ Sleep Country Canadaβs customer service team has been atrocious to deal with. Too bad I canβt give negative stars in the review. Avoid this company like a Covid hot spot. βSleep Country Canada, please by a mattress ANYWHERE else!β

β β β β β Went to pick one mattress and ended up buying two mattresses and one bed frame, thanks to the amazing service we got from Tylor. He patiently explained everything, and made terrific recommendations. It was a real smooth experience, and would recommend coming to this store for any bed/mattress related stuff!

β β β β β Went in to buy a new mattress. Wendy, the woman who was working, was amazing from the start. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made the entire experience enjoyable. We were given plenty of options and felt no pressure to increase our budget. Luckily it was Black Friday so we left with a great mattress we wouldn't have otherwise been able to afford. Wendy cracked jokes with us during checkout and we left happy! She even called back the same night bumping up our delivery date by a day! Highly recommend this location for its great service and awesome deals!

β β β β β In BC the mask mandates are still in place but the two who delivered our mattress this afternoon didnβt bother to mask up going through our apartment building or even while in our personal unit. Called customer service and was told that Sleep Country doesnβt manage the delivery people and my complaint would be passed onto their boss.
ETA: this did not happen at a Sleep Country location. As per my original post, this has to do with the delivery people who came to our apartment building without wearing a mask and entered our private unit without wearing a mask. They were kind enough to take the time to put on booties before entering with our mattress, but didnβt bother to put on a mask. And βrest assuredβ sounds like an insult at this point.

β β β β β A little bit pricey (in my opinion) but great service. The officer patiently answers all of our questions about the mattress, pillow, and duvet price. They also provide the delivery and help set up the mattress. I'm happy with my purchase so far with Sleep Country.

β β β β β We found the salesperson quite professional and helpful. The choice of a mattress is never straightforward and we appreciated his pointers. After we concluded our purchase, the 3rd party delivery couple were efficient and speedy in delivery on the expected date. So far our choice is proving very satisfactory with better sleep experience
