Staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to assessing sleep patterns and applying them to the right mattress for me. Now I sleep throughout the night and it’s changed my life for the better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service part of my purchase has been great! The first time I went to the store I spoke with Linda and she was very helpful. I spent time testing the beds and was fairly certain which one I would purchase.
I went back today and Irina answered all of my remaining questions and helped me complete my order.
I'm excited to receive my new bed. They also have a great promotion until the end of the month, I received two pillows and a set of sheets, all organic.
Hopefully the time will go by quickly for the delivery of my bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the mattresses here are very worthy and the staff are all so nice and very knowledgeable on what products meet your needs. I bought the queen Serenade (firm) and I slept like a baby for 10+ hours on my first night! Woke up with no back pain. I love that a lot of their products can be customized with the levels of soft to firmness by adding or taking out layers and can even piece them so if you’re sharing the bed you can have a different level of firmness from your partner’s side. I do feel at ease knowing I’m not sleeping on toxic chemicals... there was no smell at all when we set it up and I didn’t need to air it out before sleeping. Excellent customer service where I don’t feel breathed over or pressured while window shopping first and taking my time trying things out. The store manager Dejan is very personable and goes above and beyond to prioritize customer needs. Definitely recommend this place and would be making future purchases here when family members need new mattresses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! We bought a queen sized mattress for our son after realizing the benefits of an organic mattress. Their customer service was exceptional and they gave us 2 free organic pillows with the purchase. The mattress came in a box and we were actually able to transport it in our sedan, a very nice surprise that saved us delivery expenses. Thank you to Linda in their customer service department for going above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their mattresses are fantastic. Great quality and excellent support, especially for those who find a slightly saggy mattress can cause immense lower back pain. You'll sleep better too knowing you are lying on organic material, rather than something full of chemical fire-retardant. The service at this store is excellent. My only complaint is that these mattresses arrive wrapped in great amounts of plastic and placed in thick cardboard boxes, a bit of an environmental calamity for an environmentally friendly business. And if you order more than one mattress like I did, you get another unwelcome bonus: a 6 by 8 foot wooden pallet that most people won't be able to get rid of. Mine is still sitting in my driveway, two months later.

After doing long and an exhausting research about non toxic waterproof breathable sustainable organic 2-stage , safe and ethical... list goes on and on, found there is no better made mattress for baby/ toddler on market!
Have to add to many mattresses on market claim they are eco friendly / natural with a hidden chemicals that eventually will impact your baby immune and endocrine system and this is the last thing I would compromise.
Customer service was outstanding too, Dan was more than knowledgeable and patient with tone future mom questions, so glad he was there that day to help me to choose one of great varsities of baby mattresses they are offering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are not enough words to express how good my experience with Naturepedic has been. From the first contact to the last minute Customer Service is just over 11/10. Dejan and his team are ready to go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction at every point of the process. Now let's talk about the bed - I have never slept in anything so comfortable my entire life, and that includes many expensive brands and 5 star hotels. To put it simply, I have been struggling with chronic back pain for 4 years, and after 2 weeks on the Halcyon it was gone. It has been 6 months now that I don't know what back pain even means. The best investment you can make on your comfort and health is right here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered our crib mattress end of November and they said it would be ready in 5 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks and they keep telling us it will be available next week (the last 3 times I've called). We had to call for updates starting at 6 weeks because they never even thought to notify us that shipping was delayed. This has been a very frustrating process and has caused a lot of inconvenience as we would have shopped elsewhere for a mattress but now we've waited so long. If they had told us it would be over 2 months (or even longer who knows) we would have shopped elsewhere.
