V	Vic Stapel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are patients of North Burnaby Dental Group for ten years. Their services are simply outstanding. Our Dentist Dr. #Huchmand has saved several situation, before they become very expensive. We appreciate that he isn't only about money. He delayed the need for crowns or implants with lesser costly fixes till for us to plan and save up funds. He understands how to deal with patients and costly situations. I like his voice, to me a dentist without an pleasant voice is a no no. Miss Carol his (and all other) receptionists and all his other staff are always friendly, smiling and helpful. Come rain or shine, in person or on the phone they always make our visits a pleasant. Their newly renovated waiting room is great for adults and kids. Lovely play corner, always plenty of new magazines or TV show with subtitles. A year back our dental hygienist Jeff has given me a strong ultimatum about the need to improve my flossing or start loosing my teeth faster. He advised to get a "Water flosser" (under 100$) as small investment. Get one it's best gift you can give your teeth! That day I was shocked of his harsh comment and now I am thankful. Since then my teeth are at their best for someone over sixty. There is no more bleeding and they are shiny as they can get. Seriously I now enjoy going to the dentist it's nearly like visiting friends. Sincere thanks to all the crew.

They two girls were so knowledgeable and efficient. Also--Sharon gave me a very pleasant experience at the front! I would recommend my experience to anyone.

B	Bertnahhaha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much confusion with rescheduled appointments and an interesting experience a few months back with a recommended filling that was confirmed I didn't actually need to get, which was based on "a hunch" at the time. Thankfully I put my foot down, got a second assessment and saved my insurance money. Getting a new dental provider.
L	Lynxie Elmore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with North Burnaby dental for about 4 or 5 years and as someone who has experienced dentist trauma before as a young child, teen and even adult, I deeply appreciate how gentle and communicative the hygienists are. Dr Harry and Dr Schmidt are both wonderful dentists with a good bedside manner and a kind demeanour when it comes to trauma and how mental health can affect dental care; I was never shamed when I first came in for my first cleaning in years when I started with them a long time ago. Jeff the hygienist is a quick, gentle, thorough professional and has a good sense of humor, he made me feel the most relaxed and at ease since I started going to NBDG (not that I had a bad experience with anyone there before)

The clinic is clean and usually appointments run on time. Dr Pennington is friendly and knowledgeable .My regular hygienist, Tamara is very thorough and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She is a real people person always makes me feel comfortable with easy going conversations while she cleans my teeth. She is an excellent hygienist. Highly recommend.

Today, I can feel the difference of not having broken teeth in the back of my mouth! It’s really awesome how painless and fast the Dentist at North Burnaby Dental Group worked. i was twirling my feet in his chair, relaxing away during the procedure. The sensitivity wasn’t in my mouth but beside me in these two very talented people, Dr. Pennington and his assist, Bella. I’m very thankful to everyone from Michaela and Vicky booking me in with Dr. Pennington to all the folks on the NBDG team. The dentist has a gentle, calm chair-side manner that is backed up by tremendous expertise, the latest advances in dentistry and such precision. I feel incredibly lucky to have all the great dentistry here in Burnaby, close to my work. So much gratitude for Miss Vicky, Miss Michaela and the dental hygienist and assistants and Dr. Pennington.
