V	Viners C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for a couple of years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The amount of care I get here from the receptionist to Hygienist to my Doctor is phenomenal. My hygienist, Deanna Vu does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. It always feels so nice and clean after . She was even able to even detect a tooth infection during one of my appointments. I have also gotten two tooth implants done by Dr. James Kim. During the whole procedure he was so attentive ,caring and he each time he always took the time to explain in detail what to expect. Each time I had an issue with my tooth it was dealt with right away. The receptionist there are always friendly and on top of it. A big Bonus going here , is that each holiday they do some pretty extravagant decorations to the place. I am always excited to see with what they come up with. They go above and beyond for their clients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

They would cancel your appointment for no reason and don’t even care to let you know. They charge you for no legit reason . their staff changes all the time. they charge you for no good service . The staff only knows how to pack up and leave in the middle of the treatment. if you have all the time in the world to waste then this is the place. They don’t even clean your teeth properly or do other dental treatment on you in the right manner. I let go of their fault many times but it’s enough now for me never gona go to alpha dental ?????
C	C Tyz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to come in for an emergency tooth extraction after some severe pain in a damaged tooth. The office was able to get me in same day (even though it was a holiday). Dr Shivji + assistant were awesome, funny and thorough. Despite having major dental anxiety, I can honestly say this was a wonderful shame free experience. So grateful!

After traveling from the interior for a 12 day intense instructor course, my tooth got badly damaged. The Alpha Dental folks were awesome, from the person who answered the phone,to the dentist who examined my mouth. Words can't express my gratitude. Thanks again!

I had 6 cavities (not proud) to fix and Dr. Kim was able to get them all done in 2h! And it didn’t even hurt! They also bill insurance directly so one less thing to worry about. I never do regular checkups but I certainly will from now.

Before knowing this amazing team, to be exactly a day before I went to another dentist office because I was suffering a terrible pain. I left that office disappointed because I spent there about an hour and a half just for the X rays, an estimate with lots of 'extras' and an appointment in eight days to do the treatment. But the pain continued and I couldn’t way too long. A good friend of mine highly recommended the Dental Alpha Group team and her fantastic dentist Dr. Shivji. I called the dental office reception right away I was attended by Carla, her efficiency and kindness not only impressed me but made me feel in family and in good hands! Next morning when I went to see the doctor I came across with great team, very well-organized and kind. Dr. Shivji was exceptional! He was very professional and genuinely kind. He did a careful examination and listened careful to me. I noticed his awareness on the importance to evaluate both, X-rays and physical examination with what the patient has to say. Also, I was highly impressed for his clarity and honesty to advise the best treatment for my case… Undoubtedly, the difference from my previous experience, a day before was abysmal! I feel fortunate to have met Dr. Shivji and the great team at Dental Alpha Group. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Doctor Sandhu is my dentist, the care, consultation and follow-up she gives is beyond anything I have experienced...and I've had a lot of experience with dentists. Then I met Doctor Shivji as i had to make an emergency appointment for my 91 year old mom. He treated her as if she was his mom! the attendants were so cheerful and comforting to her...the service she received made me cry from happiness. they are the best!
