The only girl greeting people was the Asian girl while working.i walked around looking for something specifically and the two girls were standing there talking to each other entire time and not help any other customers while holding on to an iPad. I just walked out and went to Nike to purchase a big order instead

sooo helpful, I went to the Granville location since its closer to me and was basically told they can't help me. Fast forward to the Brentwood store and they went above and beyond helping me with me 5 year old gift card and ordering the pants I wanted that were not in stock instore. Thank you again so so much for the help!!

I went to the store today and I was refuses Entry because I refused to use the hand sanitizer they have . I explained to the girl that I have my own I have a 2 year old( whose hand I was holding )who is sensitive to Certain sanitizers. She said to me no entry if I don’t see you use our sanitizer and even called her manager who said this is the policy. I’m not I am not against cleanliness or washing hands but this policy is not a real policy the store just lost customers.

Writing on behalf of my mother, and her overall experience at this Adidas store. The sale representatives are really kind and provided great customer service in terms of friendliness, general knowledge and approachability. My mother is an avid Adidas fan, so she wears a lot of the brands clothing. Unfortunately, my mother had a bad interaction with store manager. My mother waited in line for 10 minutes when she was the only one in the store because the store manager was chatting away with his coworkers. Additionally, my mother forgot that she was wearing an adidas shirt that she previously purchased with the tag hanging out her shirt. The store manager, Steve, I believe, rudely asked my mother if she paid for the shirt yet. Being understanding my mother said yes and asked the store manager to ask his employee who helped my mother with the purchase the week before. The store manager rudely, responded "No, i'm asking you." This is a extremely brief summary of the interaction, but overall the store manager was extremely rude, as if he missed all his training for the position. I understand the perspective of the store the manager, and in a completely busy store, with heavy traffic, his response would potentially be acceptable, but my mother was the only one in the store, and purchased other items before. The store manager should be more aware of his own store and should have asked his own employees before confronting a customer off his own hunch. Overall, the store manager prioritizes his own ego and connivence over those of his customers. Not to take away from the amazing floor sale representatives, they were ego.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. While waiting for product size check from the stockroom, staff provided updates while I kept browsing the store. When the cash register had bit of a wait with a customer doing an exchange, another staff jumped on the second register to keep the line going.

I'm pleasantly surprised! Had an amazing shopping experience, both on a service and a personal level. I was suuuuuper anxious coming into the shop because I've never had a pair of running shoes and I'm generally a very shy person. One member from the store leadership team - Harman - she was so attentive, kind, and patient. She taught me how a good shoe should fit, and encouraged me to take my time because she understood how much of an investment it is. Because of her soft skills, I opened up and ended up picking up more than just running shoes: I figured while I was beating my anxiety, I might as well get some socks and shorts too. (Might as well so I didn't have to go elsewhere!). At no point did I ever feel pressured to buy, or spend: Harman really encouraged me to take my time so I would be happy with my purchase. She was honest and pointed out similar items on sale so I could save some money, and would even advise against some of the items I was looking at because it wouldn't be suitable for my exercise goals. Big thank-you again to her! Wonderful experience from trying on the shoes, to the fitting room, to the check-out. Totally recommended, and I'll be back later this year for colder weather apparel. Looking forward to my next visit!

My family had a fantastic experience at this Adidas store! The place is clean, has wonderful selections of shoes and clothing, and exceptional customer service. We met Justin and I believe it was Emily (I'm sorry if I got it wrong) who was always energetic and optimistic when their customers needed them. Justin helped us with our shoe shopping experience and Emily assisted us with our purchase. Overall, my family would highly recommend this place and we would like to thank you for the wonderful experience.

I went there today to look for some shoes to buy. While i was looking my 6 year old daughter was beside me but i did not notice that she was going under the table. The lady named Brooke approached me and said β€œshe cant go under the table! She cant do that!”. She said it in a very rude manner and i was shocked. I understand that my daughter shouldnt be doing that but shes only a kid and a kind approach the first time would have been nice. It wasnt like she already told us and we never listened. I dont know why she works in customer service if her attitude is like that. I brought my daughter to the food court with her mom and i came back to the store and ended up purchasing 2 pairs of shoes. Had it not been so close to christmas time and i was behind on christmas shopping, i wouldnt have shopped here because of Brooke. Thanks to the small asian lady that helped me, she was really nice. Brooke needs to be trained on how to talk to customers and how to work in customer service.
