★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a first time gun owner I'm always a bit intimidated going into firearm shops as I'm totally green when it comes to firearms. When I stepped inside I was greeted well and I dropped my rifle off to have work done on it. I went in near the end of the day and I can tell some of the staff were tired so I didn't take it personally when some of the staff didn't seem all too focused when I talked to them. But Philip came out of no where and started to really engage with me and answered some questions I had, and gave me some suggestions when it came to firearms. Made me feel like I've been a long time customer, and hopefully that will be the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give a negative rating i would. Nothing but terrible service here. Everyone should avoid. I bought a brand new rifle 2 years ago from here and after i fired it for first time i noticed it is a defective, i returned it for a warranty and was told it should go to manufacturer since they can not fix it in their shop, make a story short i got a call from them after approximately 2 years of rifle being kept with them and was informed that it is fixed and ready to be picked up. The time when i went to pick it up i was told i have to pay for freight since they should have sent it to manufacturer for the repair.first i thought they are kidding but to my surprise no they were serious. Imagine buying a brand new phone from a store and after taking it home and try to turn it on, and you realize the phone is defective take it back to store and the salesperson say now you have to pay for postage since we have to send it to manufacturer for repair. Sounds weird to me, how about you guys?

We were in the area from the suburbs running some errands and my wife wanted to stop by, as she was in the market for some laser optics for one of her guns. While there we had outstanding customer service from Adam, who also helped me with a K31 consignment purchase I found myself interested – going the extra mile to contact the original owner with my offer. I really liked the professional organisation of the their product layout, which was clear and clean of the frequent clutter one can see at some independent sporting goods and firearms stores.

All in all I spent a decent couple hours asking questions, reviewing specifications, and going through the process of acquiring different accessories for my new rifle and the rifle itself.
