They have a wide range of knowledge and experience regarding all types of skates. Bought my 909's as well as some other gear from there and I am positive that I will forever be a patron of Shop Task.

Staff kindly advised me that I would have to wait outside for my turn. Waited around 20 minutes until the previous customer finished shopping and was greeted by Alexis who appreciated my patience. At the same time a couple was also allowed to walk in. The sales rep who was attending the couple is most likely still in training, so Alexis was taking care of my requests and pinching in to help her coworker. She had to repeat the "no rollerblading inside the store" rule a couple of times, which made the couple activate Karen mode and the now classic "i wAnNa SpEaK to THE mAnAgeEer" card was played... Just because the lady would not be able to have a feel of the roller blades she had on her. "It is like shopping for ice skates; you can only try for real once you're on a ice rink" quote by Alexis. She definitely deserves 5 stars as even being overworked and short staffed (which is a common trend in every business nowadays) she was still able to keep her cool, sell me all the stuff I needed with the budget I set and had to deal with a whiny customer asking for the manager's phone number to complain. I should've said they were all doing a good job before I left, so I hope this review will help.

Definitely recommend going here if you've got no idea what to do with all the options today! Happy to be getting into it again and with a sick new pair!! Thanks guys!

Recieved erronous advice, made purchase based on this advice, then I was denied a refund by the standoffish and combative owner. It’s a shame as it seems others have had good experiences and all the employees I interacted with were wonderful. I’ll be avoiding this store and steering others clear based on the owner. Would give 0 if I could.
