I went in to buy an Osprey backpack and get fitted.
I was helped by Mina(sp?). She was exceptional. She was super knowledgeable on the features of the backpack. I was given a demonstration of all the features and all my questions were answered with care. She fitted me to the backpack and showed me how to operate it, so when I left I felt very familiar with the item. Also she demonstrated a very friendly attitude.
Thank you for the exceptional service. Keep up the great work!

One of the guys helped me to find a new hiking boot (unfortunately I forgot his name).
He put a lot effort in it, gave me a lot of helpful informations and recommendations!
He gave me so many different boots to try and was very patient. At the end my favorite boot was not available in store in the right size.
No worries, even in this case he could helped and transferred it from a different store.
A few days later when I picked my boot up, again he took time to to explain how to treat the boot to keep it nice and waterproof.
Even the ladies at the check out where very friendly and helpful.
Thanks guys! Keep up your great work and this awesome attitude
