i used to wear worksketcherz btw, yall need more stocks of those doe in womenz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 2 young ladies who were standing around at the till were sooo RUDE!!? My grandson and I waited for them to greet us even though they looked at us and continued their conversation. Finally we were greeted with a ,"Yes?” ? *omg the tone that she used was so rude, I was shocked yet remained polite. I've worked retail for decades and I've always treated my customers the way I'd want to be treated; with respect.* My response, "Hi there, I was wondering if there was a Carhartt section?” ☺️ ...she waved her finger in the air and just pointed to the area of the Carhartt work gear. Wow, oh my gosh, who does she think she is?? I was hoping that the rest of the staff weren't like her and we headed over to look at the Carhartt gear, the gentleman in that department was amazing, super polite! There were so many things there and I couldn't decide (I was shopping for a birthday gift) so I asked if they sold gift cards and he said ,yes. ? That's great right? ? Umm, sigh, as I started walking to the till it hit me, Oh nooo.. ? it's her again, as I was next in line I just couldn't go through with purchasing a $200 gift card. We opted to leave and bought gifts and a gift card at another store in the mall.
It was such an awkward experience. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a busy Mark's, no question, but the staff was friendly and worked hard to move the line while giving each customer personalized service. The male staff member at the counter even seemed to go over and above, calling a cross-city Mark's to check if that store had an item which a customer wanted. When it came my turn, he thanked me for my patience and assured me he'd get me moving soon. I liked that. I was happy as well with the money I saved today. $20 bucks off a pair of non-slip Sketchers for the workplace, plus an additional $8 off for joining Mark's online community (they send you a coupon)... basically left the store paying $75 tax included for a pretty decent pair of work shoes, normally $99 plus tax. All in all, well worth the trip to Kingsgate Mall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had the pleasure of speaking with sales associate “Joaquin”, and I am beyond pleased with his customer service.
Not only did he spend plenty of time searching for a product that showed only 1 left in store, he was patient, kind, and courteous the whole time he hunted everywhere for it.
We were beyond excited when his hard work paid off and he successfully found the One and Only one left in their store or any of the locations around!!!
It was for our Daughters 19th Birthday and it was the only one she wanted so we can’t thank you enough Joaquin!
It’s staff like you that make people come back and want to refer your service??well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience during these covid times. The place was not much crowded and we got enough time to check what we needed to check. Even though the place was small, due to less people we didn't face any problems while using the trial rooms or checking out the shoes. The only con I would say about this place is that the shoes of your size might not be available. I would say visit this place but call before you go just so that you don't have to end up going to some other location.

And also I was looking different size of shoes and he help me to make sure the other store had the other pair of shoes. I was very happy and they have great customer service.
