Visited for the first time today and will definitely be returning! Great prices and a big variety of women’s clothing. Unfortunately fitting rooms are unavailable and you are not allowed to try on at all. Probably due to covid so you’d definitely have to be sure that you want it.

Don't shop here period! Dirty, messy, smells like dumpster, rude staff, no change room, no shopping basket, makes you wonder who the F is managing this place.

Great thrift! Some good brands like levis, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and good prices. (I paid 7$ for levis shorts for example)

This place used to be good. But now its dirty and its mostly just fast fashion at overpriced prices. You cant try on anything, even over your clothes.

This is the worst Salvation Army of Lower Mainland, seems like they aren’t even trying. The place is dirty, messy and has a terrible smell. Full of overpriced itens and the most rude staff. It’s very hard to find street parking around and the only paid parking close to this store is bad and very expensive. Don’t waste your time there.

Came to donate a huge bag of items. When I asked in store where I can donate items, a big asian employee with a buzz cut gave me a lot of attitude and unpleasantness. If they treat folks who donate items like this, I can't imagine the treatment buyers get. Quite an off-putting experience.

If you didn't know, this organization takes 80% of donations for it's CEO's and Executive positions across the board. Leaving its community the scraps to scrounge on. As it's an ANTI LGBTQ+ organization, it's even sadder to see them allow people to die in the parking lot while they try to convince others to call someone for help as they cannot be bothered. As they believe they are a good Christian organization, do not be fooled by the devil who wears the thorny crown.

May 05, 2022, around 1700. I saw the cups on the shelf, and took one to show an employee so they can pull the cups off the floor. The shift supervisor stared blankly at the cup, and asked me what the problem was. I told her it was extremely racist. She gave me yet another blank look, then said she wasn't allowed to take it away because she had to get confirmation from the store manager. She was going to leave the manager a message. I walked around for another 10 minutes. Afterward, I went to check to see if the cups were still on the shelf. They were. I collected all of them up in a basket so I can put them behind the registry counter. When I reached over to put the basket behind the counter, the shift supervisor got very upset with me, and told me that it was inappropriate for me to do so, as she hasn't gotten confirmation from the manager yet on whether the cups could be taken away. I told her again that it's extremely problematic to even be carrying those items, then walked out.
