★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is taking the better part of me to write a review because the greedy part of me would love to have Zainab and her store all to myself! I have been wearing head to toe "Miscellany" for years now. I met the magical and generous soul, Zainab years ago when she had the shop on East Hastings which was around the corner from my home. I really cannot tell you how many incredible pieces I have found here, both vintage and high end, but trust me, it is very difficult not to leave with something great. Side note, the men's section and is awesome and I shop for my partner here too. I now go to Miscellany in Mt.Pleasant and I love it just as much. I mean to be honest I would travel anywhere in the city to go to Miscellany :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect mix of a “curated thrift store” and traditional donation based thrift store. Owner is wonderful! Lots of quality brands. I dug through some bins and found 3 perfect condition lululemon tanks for $4-6 each. Also scored an adorable Aerie mid-calf dress with original tags for $20. I will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place, staff is super helpful, clothing and stock is VERY VERY high quality. Store is very tidy and accessible. Staff is very inclusive and open to the LGBTQ2 community. I've been able to find many plus size garments that are amazing quality. I cant say enough good things about the store. Ohhhh... Business owner is very supportive of local artisans.. Thanks for making our community great !

I got a Lululemon merino shirt there a few years ago in mint condition that i wear constantly, and have found many treasures there since. I'm thrilled to see this place has stuck around and that vintage and thrift culture is holding strong in East Van! This one has stood the test of time and the owner is lovely. They also have a great Instagram page and online store.
