I was shocked to see how white my scalp was before the procedures and seeing how gorgeous it looks now. Billy is the King of SMP and he has such knowledge of making things look natural and taking his time. Every session he was super careful and taking his time to make things perfect. I was a little unsure about committing to the process because I did not know much about it and as soon as I stepped into the space I knew I was doing the right thing. I could not be happier with the results and Billy has far more then exceeded expectations and quality of work. Even when we did a check up session when I already thought it was done and amazing he wanted to take his own personal time to ensure he felt it was perfect. I actually look forward to a session because Billy and all of the staff are so great. I wanted a subtle natural look and it is absolutely that. I needed someone who worked around needles to do work on my head. Not just someone who bought the equipment and practiced on people.
