She was super kind, talked me through everything that would happen, everything I would feel, etc. She calmed my anxiety and took breaks during the procedure to make me feel comfortable. As soon as the procedure was over, the pain was gone. The next day I felt great and it was overall a pretty painless experience. I have another appointment booked and I'm excited to get another session.

She answered all my questions and helped me relax. While it’s not painless (no tattoo removal on your face will be) they make sure you are comfortable! It’s a clean studio like SPOTLESS and you feel safe and comfortable! I can’t wait for my next appointment.

Very nice, extremely clean studio. For those that are worried about the pain they may feel, trust me, it is minor and quick (especially after they ice it first and blow cold air on the tattoo while using the laser). I had 3 smallish tattoos done and the actual time the laser was on all three was probably less than 60 -70 seconds. Amazingly quick and easy! I'll be back and highly recommend Studio Kiku to anyone looking to remove an unwanted tattoo.

Not going to lie, I was scared!! Thankfully Nell was exceptionally skilled and gentle. Also the new office space is very spacious, nice and clean. Would highly recommend!!

I first decided to cover it up which I was still not happy about and then I thought why not remove it. So I had a free consultation with Nell. She is so amazing! She answered all my questions patiently which gave me confidence over the process. The studio is so neat and clean it gave me good vibes when I went there for my session. Nell was so kind she explained about the procedure again and did the best! I could see the tattoo fading away now, it's just been one week and +! Can't wait for my next session. The shop is clean and organized, and very serene. Nell is ultra-amazing: not only is she a super-skilled technician who explained the procedure and the outcomes to me - a very nervous client - in a way that was direct and clear, but she also worked with my pain tolerance in a caring and supportive way. She is the soul of compassion and patience, and I really felt safe in her hands. Aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow, and so far the treated area has been healing nicely, with only a few small blisters coming up one week after treatment. I feel like I can reach out to the staff any time if I have questions or concerns, which is really comforting, too. I was super nervous for my first session, and the receptionist brought me a bottle of water before the session took place. Might seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me in that moment. I have booked two future sessions, and I look forward to working with Nell and the staff in my journey to release this ink from my skin and from my life. Thank you, Studio Kiku!!
