★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some skin products from them two months ago. Still hasn’t received it. Customer service is very polite but vague and unhelpful. I live a block away from the place yet they don’t offer curb side pick up, stating COVID restrictions, which is ridiculous at this time. ( July 2021)
Finally I had to cancel my order and I’m probably going to wait another two months for my refund.
Terrible store, terrible experience!
