★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of bc housing hard to house location s looking cool in the condo area of first ave /falsecreeak how ever you must be famiulliar with the drug culture and mental health services to really enjoy life there cause that is the lifestyle of most of the tenants but it is a nice building in looks it carries the same problems social housing puts up with ie pest control and vagrant behavior unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a friend who lives here , but a lot of the residents have some sort of Medical Condition and were housed in the high-rise with the help of Vancouver's Costal Health. All the apartments come with a full bathroom , kitchen section , it's basically a bachelor unit .

I moved in the land was dilapidated warehouses and no multiple houses other than Olympic village. Critics of location should do their research as over priced, and out of place condos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residents frequently disturb one of the nicest neighbourhoods Vancouver has to offer. Very unfortunate location and strongly recommend better oversight on community vandalism, theft, drug use, and noise. Whether it's the residents specifically or the crowd that they attract, this is a serious issue and something the community in Olympic Village is seriously concerned about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in a Bachelor suite in this building. I have a great view of Olympic village. It's pet friendly. Lgbqt friendly. Staff are young and friendly. Clean, quiet, spacious suites.
