β β β β β Easy to get to by any means, parking might be a bit tricky but if you're walking it's pretty easy to find. Friendly staff although I recommend scheduling an appointment as you could have a long wait time if you just walk in. Never had a bad experience here, both times I've been the staff has been able to help with my needs.

β β β β β The BC Housing staff are the least accommodating of any organization I have ever contacted in my lifetime (33 years). Accommodation is a joke to the staff I have dealt with at BC Housing - not taken seriously at all in my experience as a tenant of BC Housing. All the BC Housing staff want to do is (1) discriminate me based on my disability and (2) do unethical things in taking advantage of having a government job and a pension.

β β β β β Supports were lacking during Covid. Some
People really struggled. The ones who did struggle are now being asked to leave. How does this make any sense when most people who end up in bc housing, this is their last option. More units, more assistance for those marginalized instead of penalizing for requiring some help. Perhaps partner up with some disability services? Great in theory. But the supports are only there for some.
