β β β β β This is an amazing platform to build on as a developer. But sadly the customer support is really lacklustre. My customers have noted concerns surrounding small but impactful elements of the sales-side of things and Thinkific recommends I hire a paid developer to customize their platform for more money. For example you can't list your course as being on sale. There is only one price-entry point and you can't advertise sales, or limited time offers. Which is a really intrinsic part of a sales ecosystem.

β β β β β Thinkific is an amazing Platform for online course creators!
Their staff are very professional and helpful and customer service is A+
They have a free subscription so you can test out the market, you can even monetize your course on a free subscription. For added features like offering coupon codes and more they offer different paid Subscriptions.
They also provide a pdf document with 55 ways of promoting your online course so they really care about the course creator success.
Their platform is intuitive with a bulk pdf and video uploader.
I would say if you have a trade or specialization and you would like to share your knowledge then this is the right platform for you:)

β β β β β WOW! I was honestly about to give up on online course creation until I stumbled upon Thinkific. An amazing company with an incredibly easy to use platform for the moderately tech savvy people like myself. Immediately I was contacted by a member of their support team to answer any questions. Along with being knowledgeable, Carlos was so friendly and easy to speak with, offering advice and tips to make my course the best it can be. I can't say enough about this company and platform, except THANK YOU for making my life 1000 times easier!

β β β β β I found Thinkific through a course I am taking online. I teach classes locally and my friend (and teacher) prompted me to offer my classes online. So, I logged into Thinkific and started building my site! It's a fantastic format for online learning. Customer service is phenomenal! I'm so happy to have found this platform.

β β β β β The Thinkific interface is so user friendly. The weekly training with Aaron have been critical to building my confidence in working with Thinkific and getting started. I love the left side bar menu - so easy to use for setting up and building landing page. The ease of integration is also well done.

β β β β β I'm creating my first online course with Thinkific and I love the user-friendly drag-and-drop platform. It's super easy to upload my lessons and then drag them to rearrange them in the course. The landing page builder is phenomenal. My landing page is beautiful and the different elements you can add gave me so many ideas on which points I can emphasize. My students have had no trouble paying with Stripe and PayPal. Awesome and easy integrations, including MailChimp!

They incorporate lots of features to improve the student experience, which I appreciate. There are tons of articles and videos sent to you regularly to help you improve your course and business. Their customer service is also fantastic.

β β β β β I have my Master's in Educational Psychology and in terms of instructional design and cost, Thinkific is the best. It offers better tools for effective learning experiences. It's pretty easy to create landing pages and upload content. I love that you can have discussion forums in your course for student engagement, as well as the option to accept assignments and return them with feedback (with the higher plans). My issue is that I am still working on my content, so I am learning the platform as I go. I am using the free plan now so I can fiddle around with my course, and then I am upgrading to a higher plan. I love that I have the option to practice my work and see how it looks before investing money. Customer service has been supportive and provides me with clear answers to my problems. They are always checking up on my progress to see how I am doing, too. That's pretty good considering I am using the free plan.
