★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of skates through Coast to Coast via emails and online, so I can't speak to the "in person" experience, but I will say that I have been very impressed with the level of customer service I've received. Sean is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a quick and timely manner. I was nervous about buying skates online without being able to try them on first, but he did a great job ensuring that I got the correct fit and guided me to a skate that I am super happy with, without being pushy or trying to upsell me. I've since referred several others, and would recommend Coast to Coast to anyone looking for a shop that cares and knows how to treat their customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sean has been so accommodating to me over the years, that even though I do not live in Vancouver, I will go out of my way to support this business.
Just recently I wanted to pick up an order on a day in which they were not open, and he made it happen for me. Who does that!? These guys do.
Anytime in the future that I need to order something hockey related, let alone roller-hockey specific, I will be checking in with Coast to Coast before anyone else. I know that they have my best interests at heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pair of blades last year as soon as the pandemic began, and Sean had them delivered to my door the next day! He was also very prompt replying to my emails to help me care for and select a new set of wheels, as I have been rollerblading A TON over the past year. Highly recommend to anybody wanting to get into rollerblading!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top notch!! Easily the best place to go for inline hockey gear. Jordan was super helpful/knowledgeable but not at all pushy and remembered me from last season. Somehow even remembered what team I played on. I came back the next day to grab wheels and the guy even remembered my email address for the receipt! Very impressed and happily rollin’ on some Konixx Pure wheels with Bones Super Reds bearings. ?
