★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequently don't have stock for any of the items I want to purchase. But the staff is amazing!!! Every staff member is knowledgeable, quick to offer help and super friendly! Would give 5 stars if they would order stock more frequently. They do offer to call when items arrive though which is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byron was so lovely! Came in here looking for a goth-y shade of white foundation I couldn't find anywhere else and he hooked me up so quickly (and had great recommendations re: The Ordinary).
Good place for finding niche colors and items that mall-type make-up stores don't keep in physical stock or offer at all.

I was impressed by their professional service. My stylist Tia was awesome, we chatted about what I wanted and she checked in that we were on the right track with my style. Later in the day I received many compliments from friends and colleagues!

Harold took the time to explain things, in detail, gave me suggestions on what to use for my skin and just was so informative! He wasn’t rushed and helped me figure out how to use my makeup products more effectively. Will definitely be coming back ;) thank you :)
