He makes you feel welcome and really wants you to understand what is happening with pastry than just following some simple recipes. Highly recommended!

Chef Marco doesn't just tell you how to do things, he tells you why as well. With the information from the courses you better understand how to experiment in the kitchen. And Marco you were right - raspberry, mango, lime jam! My family will never go back to plain raspberry again.

Not only is he an excellent teacher, he has entirely prepared the lessons so that there is a maximum of learning taking place at all times. The atmosphere is relaxed yet efficient. I've produced a Choux pastry desert for friends and family all of whom were very impressed. It was fun to demonstrate what I was taught. I am looking forward to taking more courses which I've discovered on his web site. If you want to learn how to bake properly and also learn WHY you should do the things you do, this is the place to learn!

He demonstrates the techniques and encourage to ask questions. I thoroughly enjoyed the program which was offered in a compressed time over 8 days. I learned a lot and planning on taking some more courses. I will recommend this course to anyone who would like to learn more about cake decorating.
N	No MSG No Garlic Foodie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine raved about their bread making class, that's how I found them. I see from other reviews that I am not the only one who find it hard to contact them as they don't tend to return your calls. But that's no reason to give them a low rating here so I took one star off because they are hard to connect with. In terms of rating for food, five stars. I wanted to share how great their cookies are – the best we've ever tasted – not sweet at all. I saw these by chance when I was picking up pastry flour from them. I've been there many times to pick up flour and typically, they have French pastries or chocolates. They promised to contact me when they have a bake sale, but I'm still waiting. I do wish they would offer cookies more often and tell me when they have them!!!
