The person at the store was able to give some beginner, care and safety advice on my Impalas. Lilac also sent me a follow up email on how everything was going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of roller skates, and they were a size too small. I emailed them about it, and they told me all the steps that needed to be done in order to do an exchange. I decided to keep the pair, and give them as a gift to someone, and bought another pair. So far they have been awesome. They are great, and super affordable. I will definitely be buying from roller girl again in the future

I started skating during the pandemic, and quickly realized how hard it was to get certain skates. When I saw the exact pair I was after in my size, I bit the bullet and ordered (and am so glad I did!). They were super quick to ship out my order and even took the time to follow up with me about a month later just to ensure everything was okay and that my new gear was working for me. That is how you do customer service right. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience - you've definitely earned my repeat business.
