m	milea tian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've come to this location a number of times before and the service and food quality has been good. But my most recent visit was a horrendous experience. The order taker talked in a tone like she was mad at me or disgusted at me. But I can overlook that because I know everyone can have a bad day. But what really upset me was the fact she did not put in a hashbrown even though I added a combo. But wait, there's something even worse. The ciabatta bread I got had moss on it. Yes, that's right, the food was inedible unless I wanted to get food poisoning. I was so digusted by it I threw the whole order away immediately. A waste of $25 and my time. I'm giving 1 star not because I can't give 0, but it's for my previously good experience and I hope management can provide some training or find someone better than the girl and the cook who was working on Tuesday Nov. 23, 2021 morning shift.

m	mason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to triple o almost every day in Richmond or Surrey and I love the taste of their foods and drinks, but this place was horrible the burger didn't taste like other places and the drink taste like water and they charge almost 4 dollars more than other triple o in Surrey and Richmond ,first time and last time I visit this one .

It would have been great if they have the fish and chips option but it's mostly burger combos. The staff is friendly, and the service is pretty quick depending on time of day.
A	Anthony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent takeaway! We got the original burgers on Tuesdays as they are cheaper and 5.99$ a piece. The burger was decent! But what we usually come for is the ice cream shakes. They are by far the best value milkshakes that are great and taste good! This location is great! Next to a gas station, Walmart and the Grandview superstore. Good speedy and fast service and attentive friendly staff. Will come back again, on Tuesdays though!
