We were so happy with the customer service; they were responsive, helpful in creating the right design for our space and were always available to answer questions. The finished product looks amazing and is of incredible quality. We'd highly recommend using these folks for a custom furniture project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd been eyeing the Essentials Adjustable Desk for over a year. This desk is absolutely stunning and worth every penny! I mostly worked with Craig and Ben through out the process and they were very kind and always got back to me in a timely manner. There was a problem with shipping though. Something struck the crate and created a hole that punctured one of the screws holding the up/down mechanism in place. Fortunately, the damage wasn't too bad and I was able to re-screw it with little effort. Although, the transport had little to do with the Union Wood Co., Ben was quick to make the situation right, expressing concern and offering several different possible solutions. And after all that, he sent me a complimentary cutting board, pot scrub brush and some additional screws with an apology. I am thoroughly impressed with both the product and customer service! I could not be happier!

The experience I've had with them has been outstanding!
They're personable, professional, creative and have great communication. I've always been very happy with the finished pieces (as have my clients). They've also been quick to rectify any small issues that have come up over time.
Their success in Vancouver is well deserved!
