★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys ship the same day, and have good shipping rates if you live near any of their store locations. When I buy something from their Vancouver store it arrives the next day to me, in lower mainland BC.
Sometimes I can't wait several weeks for a part to arrive from China, so having this as an option to purchase 3D printer hardware from in Canada is awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic customer service and support! They provided a great one on one set up demo for my Form 3 and answered all my questions. They were quick to diagnose and solve a factory flaw with the machine as well and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I also purchased quite a few supporting accessories from Voxel Factory online and dealt with both Vancouver and Montreal. Great experiences with both locations and all staff. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future for all 3D printing needs! Well done, Voxel Factory!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Prusa i3 from them. Fast shipping, great service. Visited the Vancouver store and the staff was very knowledgeable, wish I could have bought the printer there and didn't have to order it online but that's a small point, the wait wasn't long :)
Update to my review: I run maker group and have recommended Voxel Factory to all our new makers and they've been awesome every time. I've bought multiple printers and bucket loads of parts there myself over the last few years and it's great to see they've kept up the customer service and support. Thank You!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! I bought my Ultimaker S5 and filaments. The staffs are just simple amazing! Johnathan know so much knowledge about 3d printers. They have this 3 hours workshop that show you how to use 3d printer and the software which help a tons. Michelle was very kind and help with appointment for pickup and all other services.
Also I did some online purchase the ship the item same or next day and I got items 1-2 days after I bought. I highly recommend this place
Someone give Johnathan a raise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to recognize Voxel and there friendly and informative customer service. I took my 12yr old into the store for some pre-purchase questions - he had a lot . Staff was super patient and shared good clear experienced information. I called today with a couple more questions and Jonathon was helpful giving me the confidence to purchase.
Just seems rare these days to have good customer service experiences like this- it’s appreciated .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've started using Voxel Factory for the vast majority of my filament and any spare parts I can find in stock. They carry Polymaker filament, of which I quite like their PLA and PETG options. They have been a very stable supply of consumables. Other than a couple of things here and there, items have mostly been available.
Voxel Factory get shipments out very fast and are reasonably close to me which is nice. There's been a couple of occasions where shipping had to come from QC or something went out of stock. In those rare cases they are quick to call and email if I don't answer. Staff are always able to easily resolve and get it shipped. Proactive communication is so under rated, yet so appreciated.
I see no reason to use Amazon unless you're brand specific to something Voxel Factory doesn't carry or isn't in stock. If you need a supplier you should give them a shot. The prices are at or better than anywhere else and product ships as fast or faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been buying fillament from voxel for over a year now. Very happy to support a local buisness other than the big tree based one. About half a year ago my Prusa printer was showing its age a bit, and while prusa support is very good, it takes time for parts to show up, and to get feedback. I eventually got tired of this cycle. I noticed on the website that Voxel Factory does support work too.
Dropped off my printer, had a great chat with the staff, told them I was feeling frustrated not having something that worked reliably, and left feeling really good. About a week later I got an email saying the printed was all fixed up.
I'm so impressed with all the extra work they did. Not only did the printed end up working reliably again, it works smoother and more reliably than it did when I first got it. I'm so ecstatic. They gave me lots of good advice to keep things reliable too. None of them had to go the extra mile, and yet everyone did. Highly recommend it for any 3d printer needs.
