Watch this Company!! When they give a quote and go over it - you cant question their invoice or else they post negative comments. When they quote hardware - price check - BIG TIME! It will save your business dollars significantly. You are stuck with their "labour" guesstimates with nothing to compare to but at least with hardware you can see how much you are being taken advantage of.

Our company is switching to Netdigix's IT services. Throughout this painful and frustrating process, Brittany was incredible. I called her (I can't even count) how many times, and each time she was helpful, positive, friendly, and supportive. It was out of her control the issues that happened on the back end, but she kept me sane throughout the situation. I liked how patient she was with me every time I called, and not once got annoyed (at least not on the phone). Thank you Brittany.

Netdigix has been our support provider since 2005. They are always there, you can get them on the phone, they have a large breadth of knowledge, and we really appreciate their longevity, reliability, intelligence, and willingness to give advice when asked.

The owner is a reasonable person when you can actually get a hold of him. Company is quick to quote high prices for everything and horrible for followup. We had a technician asking how come he couldnt connect to our server - after we had called them because our IP address was down... Gee - maybe he couldnt connect remotely because our IP address was down?? Then when technician came over he didnt understand why our server was setup the way it was.... but Netdigix owner understood it all. Basically sent over the wrong person to learn our system while we paid for his time. They talk a great talk, fancy forms, proposals and emails but there is no added value for the high rates they charge. We will pay off our final invoices but recommend you look elsewhere if you want good value and customer service.

From a word-of-mouth recommendation, we chose Netdigix for a server/network infrastructure project. They were friendly, flexible and efficient through the whole process. Their quotations were competitive and thorough. They ensured we were fully satisfied after the cut-over to the new system. Years later, Nathan, Jeff and the Netdigix team continue to go above and beyond for us. For example: We had a server drive fail and the vendor warranty replacement was DAYS away. Netdigix found another source and had us up-and-running again the same day. Just recently, they even came through for us on hard-to-find out-of-warranty parts. Netdigix are ethical and dependable. The personal touch makes all the difference.
