★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was about to start working for New Value Solutions in Feb 2021, there was no much info online about this company. Of course I visited this Google review page and saw there are a couple of 1-star reviews stating this company is a "scam".
Now in May 2022, after working for NVS for 15 months, I can conclude we are not a scam, instead, this is the best job I have ever had as a developer in Vancouver.
Writing isn't my thing, so these are why's in a summary:
- You work with veteran / pro developers
- Great BA's and QA's who knows the stuff and can answer your question
- a very competitive architect in house
- Interesting project with 1M+ users world wide
- Everyday you just work, there is no meaningless meetings to waste your time
- Flexible hours
- Competitive compensation, pays on time
- State-of-art tech stack, no VB.NET no ASP.NET Webforms
- People are nice..
etc..
Of course there are con's but as I said so far this is the best developer job I have ever had... I hope it stays that way :)
If you are reading this review and trying to decide whether to hire NVS, give us a try :)
Last but not least, we are not scammers, the ones who gave 1 start probably are..
