β β β β β The last couple tickets I entered took quite a while to be completed but seeing as how neither one were really crucial problems, I guess that's OK. Without my computer auto archiving though, it kept saying I was out of space. I appreciate your IT guys and their attention to matters. They are helpful and many times have to help with something quickly that has come up.

β β β β β BeAdaptive provides IT support for my wifes company, she went on maternity leave so I asked them to help me remove the forticlient from my personal device. Both techs I've spoken to dont know how the application is controlled and its nearly been a week and they havent followed up. I wont in IT myself but the application is locked down so I cant remove it. Poor SLA's and service

I'm not particularly tech savvy, but I know what I want things to do. They did an excellent job of laying out exactly what needed to be done (in terms I could understand), laying out my options, and executing the plan. They made it easy for me so I could focus on my business. Without question, I recommend them for all things tech and I will continue to work with them on all subsequent projects.
