β β β β β I get continuously harassed by calls from CBV Collections regarding a debt that isnβt mine. I get called at least twice a day every day from different numbers that hang up when I answer. I found out that my number is connected to someone named Sharon, but when I explain Iβm not her (donβt know anyone by that name either) and ask for my number to be removed I get chastised and yelled at about how I should pay my bills. When I ask for a supervisor they hang up on me. Iβm getting sick of this harassment!

β β β β β Got hung up on twice. Repeatedly calling my 15 year old son and harassing him over someone else's debt. Not only did the rude lady give me a name of someone from the number I called from, but hung up on me. I called again, the gentleman this time was rude after explained that they were calling the wrong person, he asked for the number and hung up immediately after.
Call one more time. It will be noted as harassment and I will file charges.

β β β β β Calls come from different numbers. Voicemails are never left. The 1 time I did pick up it was some guy. He asked, βIs this __insert name___?β I replied with βyesβ. He immediately hung up. Completely unprofessional

β β β β β The "supervisor" was rude! If you don't like your job don't take it out on someone who was trying to work something out. Argued when I asked her to settle her tone. Who would want to do anything after dealing with an unprofessional person.

β β β β β Putting 1 star as I can not but 0 worst experience every I spoke to two ppl both were rude and unhelpful ended up baying double what was owned to to this companyβs inability to get in touch with me in over two month. Instead of looking into why that may have been an issue zero accountability was taken on your end not only that but the snark and rudeness I received is truly disgusting. Hope this company is wiped out of the world so. Disgusting what you all do

β β β β β Can I give it less than 1 star? They called me telling me that I was going to receive some time sensitive mail, and if I wanted to know what it was, to call them back. I called back, and I asked what it was referring to? He told me it was regarding my account with "Direct Energy", then asked me to confirm my DOB. I told him I wouldn't do that, as I have been the victim of identity fraud. He said that was ok, and to give him my address instead. I said no to that as well. He then started getting upset with me, and hung up. I have direct withdrawal with Direct Energy, so I know for sure I don't owe them any money. This is a total scam. BEWARE!
