It always make a terrible experience much easier and less hassle than it could have been. I am always treated very well throughout the process - with kindness, patience, and understanding. Our well being was always considered first and foremost. Stephanie Yan, our daily contact, is particularly amazing! She is very professional and knowledge, always responding to our issues in a timely manner. No matter how complicated our issues are, she can always find a solution for us.

Elias, commercial agent just completed binding my business insurance with more coverage and been able to find for a new underwriter that offered much more manageable premium. Feels great knowing you are fully covered. He was very patient in explaining all the complicated terms and coverages to me to understand. Great with follow up and very detailed oriented. I was looking to purchase home insurance and he immediately recommended a product that was well priced and provided all the coverage I was looking for. He was patient in answering all my questions (and I had a ton of questions!) and also helping me with sending the paperwork to the notary in a pinch. I have been dealing with a different firm for 15 years and never received this level of service, in fact, I am still waiting to receive a quote from them....great work Amarjit, I hope you are still there when my policy renews next year :)
