โ โ โ โ โ We have been with Allwest since 2007 and are very happy with their service. Their agents can come to your place to do renewals. And since Covid, weโve even done them by email and phone. They also explain the various options for extended insurance to try to save you money. Xena (N Van), George, Brian (Bby) and all the Allwest staff: thank you for making car insurance as convenient as possible.

โ โ โ โ โ I am a huge fan of how they went about reminding me well in advance that my insurance is about to expire and the simple process they setup to arrange a call. Having your papers and decal delivered to your home is a huge bonus too! (((Arsh))) was the person that assisted me and did a great job of answering my questions and updating my insurance.

โ โ โ โ โ Maninder did a great job in assisting me with my auto renewal. He was very knowledgeable, patient and prompt in his replies and my paperwork was completed very quickly. One aspect that I appreciate the most was his willingness to answer all questions and provide clarifications in layman language and not just technical jargon.

โ โ โ โ โ I just wanted to say how great the service was today. I found the renewal online program was painless and Arsh did her best to make the steps very clear and simple to follow. I miss meeting staff over the counter but the experience today was just as personable and way more convenient.

โ โ โ โ โ I have always appreciated the efficiency of Allwest, from phone call reminders every year to door to door delivery. But today while helping an elderly non technological person switch over from another broker who doesn't offer online renewals or delivery - and which could only offer this lady an appointment a week after her insurance expired - Aditi was super helpful in arranging it same day. Despite the fact VISA had a Canada wide outage with their processing today, this representative kept in touch until VISA corrected the issue, and we are expecting the documents to arrive any time now. Great job.
