★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tiling company used these adjusters because they damaged my new dishwasher during there installation of the tiles. Very quick and eager to have me sign papers saying If I receive enough to cover the damage I wont go after them.
I signed and it's been 4 months and no sign or interest of paying from them. The check has been 'lost in the mail 3 times now' and they refuse to send the check any other way than untracked regular mail. Ive been quite reasonable and patient with them but all I have received are (No's and We cant do that's).
Very disappointing. I highly recommend not to hire any company that uses Ghallager & Bassett as there adjusters as its clear you wont get paid despite signing there document.
