He is very knowledgable on the different insurance products and always available to help and answer questions. When I needed to make a change to my policy last year he knew exactly what needed to be done and made the changes flow smooth and easily. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I.D.C. has provided exceptional service to me over the years. Specifically Christine Binder who walked me through multiple insurance coverage in details and helped me to choose the best for me.
And when I wanted to upgrade my coverage limit and had to switch to another insurance company, she took care of the old policy termination and followed up with the new company till my new policy was issued.
Wasn't easy job at all, but Christine was there for me in every step.
Such outstanding customer support and follow up is rarely found these days.
I strongly recommend I.D.C. to anyone looking for insurance services.
