★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got an email to renew my insurance, thought it would be simple, just renew it, keep everything the same and just renew. I was offered a plan that would save me around $500/year. I asked if this was a new plan or something because I was never offered it the year prior. Well it is not new, it was available last year, so I basically paid $500 more for my insurance last year than I needed to. Needless to say I was a little disappointed.

Spoke with a representative named Ronnie who was very helpful, providing me with different quotes and pointing out the differences between each of the policies. Will be renewing my insurance with Ronnie in the future.
