would have been zero star, the person i dealt with did not care to help me put temporary insurance on my car.... he told me that he could not help me.... although i was in there a month ago and had no problem... (staff issue) the guy just didnt want to work. i walked down the street and put insurance on with no problem at another broker. took 5 mins. never going back..... dont waste your time

Great Service. Edward was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out many options i didnt even know I had when renewing my car insurance. Very painless process, other than paying ICBC of course...

Great customer service on our last visit here. Love that it is not busy and we can take care of banking and vehicle transfers in a short amount of time in the mall.

Unhelpful and ignorant service. I won't go back to them again. Their closing time was listed as 10:00 PM, which is why I chose them in the first place. But when I arrive at 9:45 PM, they said they shut off their computers for the day and wouldn't serve me. I asked them to restart the computer as its a quick task and that my insurance expires at the end of the day and they then changed their answer and said they don't do renewals 30 minutes before closing time. Then why not state your hours at 9:30 and spare people from coming to your location?? Total waste of time. In the end, I went to another insurance agent the next day and they did the task in under 10 minutes. So glad that I didn't use these clowns. With so much competition, this outlet is making some major missteps. If you are going to be that lazy and useless , while others will do your job much better than you, it simply won't bode well for you long-term.

I went here thinking it would be the easiest and fastest way that I could get my late mother's car insured in my name. My goal is to get it in order to sell as part of her estate. I called a head and asked what documents I would need and was told: "copy of the will and a copy of the death certificate". When I arrived I was told that all the documents were wrong and one clerk started reading the contents of my mother's will. I asked him to stop reading the will and told him that it is none of his business. He then told me to calm down. I left that time with no insurance and with a deep anger and regret for letting them ruffle through my papers and then question the authenticity of them. I decided to get all the documents in order as per what the rude nosey gentleman had told me to do the day before. I even went to a different London drugs thinking maybe it would be better. Unfortunately I was wrong. I had the misfortune of having to deal with the same mistrust and being told that I have the wrong documents. This customer care rep was the manager. She did almost everything in her power to ensure that I was not going to leave there with the proper insurance. Finally after being on the phone with what I assumed was ICBC for 20 minutes. She began working on and writing up the insurance. She then told me that:" we don't do this all the time so I have to make sure your not trying to do something wrong". Both times I went I know that they were acting this way because of the way I look. They thought I was trying to pull a fast one. They were terribly disrespectful. Ya I got my insurance but I will definitely never use their services again.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was told it was the law for all roommates to be included on my insurance (Obviously not true) whether or not they drove the car. Rude and dismissive, could not answer questions properly. Just spoke over the questions saying 'no no no no no' without properly listening. The two employees seemed more annoyed with each other and taking it out on the customers. There used to be a very nice Indian man who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, this time it was two older employees who were just the absolute worst. Pressured to add other people to my insurance and lied to for the reasoning. I wonder if there is more commission based on the number of people per policy.
