This is one of the best clinics to get treatment for your teeth.

Following Dr. Kristie Wong from her previous working clinic to here. She is so nice and friendly! After I became a registered patient of Simply wellness medical, Dr. Wong suggested me to do some examinations based on my age and family medical history. I not only experienced telehealth, but also in-person appointment for Pap test. The clinic is very clean and organized. The doctors and staffs are professional and sophisticated.

Reposting because my review got deleted. I had an appointment with Dr. Darwish and I felt unheard when I was trying to express the issue I was having. He was very unprofessional, he kept talking over me and and kept disregarding what I had told him. After explaining that I would not like to use conventional ways as treatment (I experienced negative side effect when I took one of them, but he still kept insisting for me to take it. Since I am more prone to experiencing negative side effects on taking these pills, I prefer physiotherapy, massage, Chinese traditional medicine, etc.), and he told me I had a "negative attitude". I wouldn't really come back here after that experience.

I booked an appointment at 9. I arrived 5 min late and they said that they didn’t have time for me even if I had a injury and it was so painful. I called them 5 times before coming but nobody picked up the phone and they wanted to charge 50 cad because I missed my appointment. Gold diggers!!! They don’t care about patients, just money.

UPDATE: THIS IS A MEDICAL DOCTORS CLINIC not dental/pharmacy with only 2 (Dr Wong and Dr Chan). Dr Brown is filling in for Dr Wong for her maternity leave and will be back. Not sure someone is posting Dr Darwish but he isn't listed as a doctor here at all. See the pics of their door sign. Now I am a current patient here and I am very happy on how they do their telehealth calls. you book online and you can send pictures in private for current patients if needed. For booking in person appointments, call the clinic. If you want to on the day walk-in appointments always call ahead bec they are very very strict about sanitation and social distance. if you are sick don't go to any clinics. just call them and ask for non-emergency assistance. if there are too many people in the lobby they will ask you to step outside for a while and wait. I now see the female Dr and my husband is seeing the male Dr. we are both happy of how fast they are interested in getting results and knowing what is really wrong with us when we ask about something. they request bloodwork, ultrasound, and other tests if they want to rule out any other source of health problems that might pertain to our complications. we are a far drive but I AM HAPPY with the service and the physicians that are listening to me and my husband's nagging physical problems. -- Very low traffic here. The staff seems very good an following up requests, emails, and appointments. So they are just starting. We have been wanting to join with Simply Wellness as their patients and we were patient when they told us that another branch will be opening (this branch). There are 2 Dr's, male and female. My husband and I are hoping to go here since for him he wants male and for me female. This would be the perfect start of our Dr-patient relationship. We hope that our search will be over. To get accepted you need to go to their website and download their PDF to apply for new patients. Then you need to fax/drop off, can't be anything else, no exceptions. They told me and they also called me. It's new so and I'm hopeful it will be a good clinic since the other Simply Wellness clinic we went to as a walk-in was also good to us. They other place was just farther for us to travel. -1 ? not enough parking in the front but you can park near the residential areas. It's not yet busy.
