★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service. Unbelievably rude and are so uneducated on ICBC requirements. There is a insurance place just 2 minutes west that will take care of your needs far better than this place.
I'll can't express how bad my experience was and suggest you find another place for your insurance needs.

One of the other reps initially made a mistake on my wedding certificate registration, which is human error and a very understandable one given the politically confusing situation of my place of birth. I went back to them and they offered to pay for the amendment and helped with all my paperwork. They were very apologetic and helpful, and eased all my frustrations.
Will come here again for other services!
