I recently had the "Grinder" sandwich which has salami, prosciutto, dijon mustard, provolone cheese, caramelized onion. It's served on a nice fresh loaf from the nearby bakery and the whole thing was absolutely delicious. The next time I go in I'm going to try the grilled cheese. Whoever put this place together put a lot of effort into every aspect of the planning and execution. The ambience is very classy, the staff are super friendly and the menu looks really inviting.

I was intrigued by the smoked salmon sandwich but was extremely disappointed after 2 bites. It was made with 2 pieces of regular white bread, I assumed it would be heated up or perhaps put into a panini press, but nothing of the sort. For a ‘smoked salmon’ sandwich it was just cold, raw salmon. Perhaps that’s how smoked salmon is occasionally prepared but I feel as though the name was misleading. There was also an extreme amount of heat & considering there was no mention of that in the description, I was once again, disappointed because I do not like spicy food. I definitely felt as though I wasted $13.
J	Jake B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are amazing. I'm here visiting my partner and we had an impromptu stop at the Shopping Centre and discovered ambit. We opted to both get the Supernova sandwich, and a Gingersnap. HOOOOLLLYYYY was the Supernova delicious, the arugula and onion adds such a nice bite that compliments the Roast Beefs savory flavour. The bread was perfectly toasted. We were served by Justin and Taylor, they were super friendly and seemed quite happy to be serving. Having moved to Canada from the US fifteen years ago, I have had a hard time finding unsweetened iced tea, leading to me asking some odd questions if I think I've found it.. they were good natured, jovial and incredibly kind. Definitely glad we stopped in for a bite <3 Fantastic food and fantastic service.
Y	Yuval Averbuch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just needed a sandwich. Decided to go for something called a Grinder. Costs $12+. So I expected something special for that price. Gosh...what I got isn't worth even a couple of dollars. Such a disappointed. How dare they charge $12 for this.
K	Karen K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered a few sandwiches from this cafe (specifically, the breakfast sandwich and wrap, and the smoked salmon one) and each one has been well-made and flavourful. They do use good ingredients and the combinations are well thought out. The one thing though, I've ordered their matcha latte twice and both times the matcha flavour has been weak. Overall though, it's a nice place to grab a sandwich and a coffee.

I love the fact their food looks homemade in-house. Honestly feels like they put ? effort and care when making it. Portion and cost i would say it is comparable and fair. Keep it up Ambit!
