I had issues with my 2004 Infiniti fx35 sound system and these guys were able to diagnose the issue and carefully explain to me what was going on with the sound system and the different parts I needed to fix the issue. I sourced my own parts and these guys were more than happy to install it for a great price. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best of the best in the tri cities for radio/car audio/dash cams i bring all my high end cars to Ralphs, ive tried them all and since Ralphs I NEVER will go elsewhere.
And if my review isn’t enough for you to trust me just drive by and look at the caliber of cars parked in front. Always an amazing experience.
Ive personally dealt with Lee for all my transactions, but every one in the store is super knowledgable and thoughtful and are not looking to upsell you! I will forever be a Ralphs customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received excellent service to replace a proprietary system in an older Lexus that no one else wanted to tackle. The work was done on time and for the quoted price.The post install service has been just as good. I had a battery/electrical issue and the sales staff and techs did not hesitate to assist, even though the problem was not attached to the new system. They actually spent the time to diagnose and then gave me the information to take to the dealer, all for no charge! Will solved a user issue for me today on a system that was installed over 18 months ago! I would not hesitate to use Ralph's again for any auto stereo needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with Ralph's, in particular William. I purchased a Pioneer car stereo online (not from Ralph's) and had difficulty installing it myself into my 2007 Yaris. Ralph's installed it very nicely and William even spent some time making sure my phone was paired and giving me a quick rundown of the functions. I thought this was exceedingly good service considering I hadn't purchased the unit from Ralph's. In retrospect I should have just come to Ralph's to begin with.

I wanted a 2 way remote start with lock, unlock, trunk, start and alarm. I was looking for someone close to my work and found Ralph's Radio. I was hesitant at first like always with any service from a shop that I've never dealt with before but phoned in and had a nice conversation with Julius over the phone. He quoted me over the phone and even told me background on Ralph's Radio and more. I knew I was in good hands at that point. I dropped my car off the next morning and it was done by 4:30pm to pick up. A few small problems but it was expected as I only gave them one day, Julius told me to bring it back another day to fix the small issues. The next week I brought it back and they were able to fix everything. The whole team is very friendly and willing to solve any reasonable problem you have with your product from them. I'd recommend Ralph's Radio to anyone looking for a remote start, Radio or security system for their vehicle or whatever. Thanks again Julius and the rest of the team ??

Will was a pleasure to deal with and explained everything thoroughly with me so there was zero surprises. They even went above and beyond on helping me figure out a non stereo related wiring issue. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brad and the team at Ralph’s offer amazing service and expertise. I loved the fact that Brad did everything he said he was going to do, and that he was very accessible through email for updated quotes, modifications to the original work order, and other incessant car owner questions. I am very happy with the final product and have posted before (not my work) and after photos to detail the results. I’ll be trying out the headlights tonight and am super happy that I’ll be able to see on the road again. If you want things done right and have a budget, this is the shop for you. Thanks Brad and team…I’ll be back for more mods!
